I recommend anything you can use. Cardboard works perfectly fine, so does EVA foam. 3D printing is just what I use

If you are trying to print the files, the lenses might not fit. If so, I think about 114.43% (I used bambu studio so I'm not sure if it will work on other 3d "whatever their called")
