I have ARFID and it has greatly affected my life negatively because I am always embarrassed about it and most people I feel don't accept it so I completely avoid social situations whenever possible. I had no idea you could be a normal eater then have ARFID later. I have had it since I was young and have expanded a little bit but still don't eat a ton of foods. I've been doing home poker games for the last 20 years. I had a 3000€ table 10 leather chairs with wheels. I had personalized poker chips worth 3000€. I hired a professionnel dealer. Hot waitress. Message Lady. Ex military doorman at the Bottom of the condo and a private taxi for the players. The players could eat Sushi or whatever they wanted to order. You had to be on a guestlist. Only whales over 30 years old. Minimum 1000€ buyin blinds 5-10 then 10-20 then 20-40 near the peak of the game. I raked every pot 5%. That's how to do it not this amateur!

I don't know, I'm a newb and I find so far if I raise modestly with a good starting hand, someone always re raises aggressively. Then I either fold because it's so aggressive or call and get a flop that gives me nothing. Then I'm really stuck, do I invest more or run away?😔

As someone who has a ton of food intolerances, I get some of what you're going through, not being able to go to restaurants, fearing that every non-safe food is going to trigger new symptoms (even though the ingredients seems ok) etc etc. It fucking sucks. Slowly but surely we'll be back to eating everything our body allows us! GL

i use to follow your vlogs every day but let be real bro your talking about eating caramel chocolate and reading books instead of doing some cardio work and eating clean protein ! grilled chicken and whatever veggie doesnt make you sick. Thats how you get back on track. Exercise will give you the clarity you are missing.
