“I will become healthier when I become healthier from here (my mind), it will diffuse.” You are certainly not alone with having maladaptive coping mechanisms towards stress, shame, and guilt by overeating. I’ve always struggled with it too and it’s in part due to a lack of connection to my inner self and self-control over my emotions. Good luck with your goals to achieve balance and consistency!

Dude, I’ve ragged on some of your plays in videos, and we all make bad plays, or it could be a good play at unfortunate timing. I think me being somewhat rude is a reflection of how I feel about myself. My dad passed almost 6 months ago, and I’ve hit the reset button. I’ve learned to love and forgive. All the people who let me down, cheated me, etc were instantly forgiven. Hopefully, this video can be the start of a reset button you can press to forgive yourself or people that may have confused you in the past. Never stop believing in the goodness in humanity. I appreciate your bravery. Peace to you.

Early trauma and its effects on the mind-body are wide and varied. I appreciate you having shared your journey, am sorry to see you in pain, and am hopeful for you. You're bang-on that these symptoms are not THE problem, but lay atop. As Allan Watts correctly points out, "the ego cannot fix the problem-it IS the problem." The symptoms will fall away as the underlying pain is uncovered and grieved. We're all on this ride my poker-friend, and I wish you the very best. "Let's go Dotty!"🙏👍

Dr Bernie Siegel, famous cancer Doctor, said: There are no incurable conditions or diseases, only incurable people. I think it‘s really great that you went ahead and made this video. I think it‘s an important step for you but I also want to thank you for it. I‘m having my own struggles and it helps to learn that I‘m not the only one struggling. Regarding the quote at the beginning, some people just want to remain on their road of being unwell, they don‘t want to end that story for whatever reason. The time might be here now to turn the page and start the new journey. Part of that might be to actually go ahead and apologize to yourself. Take care, I always was a fan since I first found you years ago. I‘m sure you will be healthy again soon.

All the pain we go through in life when on a mission for Truth/Growth is beyond worth it. Fear is literally an illusion, take attention off it and continue slowly but surely discovering your Power. Making this video is a strong step in getting your Power back. I have almost died multiple times in my life , been through it all, you name it and lots of Peace, Contentment, Unconditional Love and even more are waiting when we get to the other side :). We are Not our issues, pain, disorders, etc. they define many of us for too long and even entire lifetimes but it does not have to be that way and I sincerely admire you for your courage, stay on your path! One Love!! :)

We love you man, VERY proud of you for being vulnerable and putting yourself out there.... we want you to know YOU ARE NOT ALONE... many of us in same area struggles with food, and weight management, and all that.... everyone will make it like you said "a willpower" thing but there is so much more to it than that, biology, anxieties, external stressors, etc. its not as easy as people make it out to be... you sound like you are on the right journey, therapy, addressing allergies/allergins as it comes to food. Take the steps you feel confident this will help for you. PLEASE keep us updated on your progress, even as just putting out into the universe my belief is it will help you in the long run. You don't owe us anything though, we will be here either way but we want to see you healthy, successful (financially and in spirit). Bless you man.

It must feel mindblowing the fact of influencing for good that amount of people, just being who you are, doing what you love. That says a lot about who you are, maybe you could use that in your healing proccess. Thanks for sharing your thruth and being and example, I am sure this will help lots of people that also admire you, I am proud of you buddy!
