We need more of Hulk trying to find peace. This is something he always does in the comics. I'm genuinely surprised more artists haven't made Hulk actually sit in nature. Ang Lee was the only one who did that outside of the comics. Even though this is AI, it's more than most people have done in a long time.

@@johnkyl123 I think the worst thoughts and visualize doing malice and receiving satisfaction from it and thats not right. then I catch myself just getting tense. I know it just burns up my nervous system it’s terrible. I will work on this advice. thank you for the secret I’ve been using this the wrong way. I want to change and I know I can.

@@kevinkong6653 Instead of viewing whatever situation negatively, have a mental conference between you and your anger. Instead of letting it rampage, let it fuel you in a way that’s constructive. Pour it into whatever outlets you have. Work harder, hit the gym more. Let it push you away from the wrong things and instead guide you to a place where you no longer have to be angry. I once was the one same way. And these days, later 20’s, I feel a sense of sadness whenever “that person” has to emerge. But at the same time, I’m able to recognize it as rightful anger. It’s okay to be angry at things, but don’t be the worse person in your response. Think of it as the hulk. It will always be a part of you. But do you want that part of you to fight for the right things or be the worse evil. Bruce banner never wants to hurt anybody, but sometimes he needs the green guy to defend him. Never use it in offense unless you have no choice. Once you realize it’s a defensive measure, never give anybody the ability to make you change into that against your will. 👍🏼

Remember... anger is a tool, but never a source of power. It can be good, anger can give us that extra push we need... but it can also destroy us and everything we are as a person. When something clearly isn't right use your anger to get you through, but if you let anger control you and rely on it for everything as your fuel... it will always lead you down the path of despair. You'll hurt those you care about, you'll ruin everything around you... and worst of all the person you once were will never be able to come back.
