now this is something id pay $1000's of dollars for, just make a graphics card that uses ai to make any game this realistic and sure it'll put all the companies to the grave but it would be so awesome, if i had the funding id do it, nothing to lose anyway.

If you walk or drive slow, the rendering is almost perfect.

This is revolutionise film making. One can make a film using basic real-time visuals, then run it through a ai filter. The most important thing for the real time visuals would be animation, but light and geometry can be quite basic.

I dont understand why this upsets people. After all the objective of real time game visual is to match reality, so any tech that brings us closer to that goal is nothing but a good thing.

Every character expression is gone; every nuance and emotion, straight down the sink. Every surface is a mirror; every camera move is a blurry mess. Thanks, but no, thanks. The originals look _way_ better, IMO. I will always prefer the original artistic vision of the developers.

I have a theory, try a game that you can obtain really high fps with and see if it gives much smoother transitions for the AI. It has to be a game with fluid character movement though.

Sorry, but the original game graphics often look better. Some of the "improved" scenes and characters look too crisp, cut out, and overly saturated. They actually look less realistic. Somebody needs to go back to work and do this right.
