I’m working on this now…only hooking one leg into Delilah. Haven’t yet figured out how to hook both in the center 😕

I love a good old spin, people in class are always asking if I want them to stop me spinning 😅I was so hurt when I went to a studio that had a set up with no swivel 💔

Hi Cara, can you please make a tutorial on back lever split on top bar? 🥰 I find i can do it, it just doesnt feel safe as my hand is slipping down and i can only grip with my fingers. Your help is much appreciated 😊

Interesting that you kept your arms straight until you were all the way over for the Russian roll. I might have to try that.

I cant ever get my hip hang split flat & actually make it look like a split 😢
@aufsandgebaut11 күн бұрын
do I need to have a full split for it? it tried it and I think it did not work because of my flexibilty, it was hard to balance!
@NancyWilliams-xn3hr11 күн бұрын
No you don't, try it with your legs slightly apart. The move she does at 20sec

What’s the trick to stop it from oscillating like a drunk dreidel? The base lifts up a lot. I’ve had the same Xpole unit for 4 years and I hate mine. It wobbles so much. Your insights would be appreciated:).

I always tell my students to keep the leg on the bar straight and pushing behind them but "keep hips below the bar" is a better cue to describe what you need to do to keep from coming upright and hitting your crotch on the bar 😆
