Can you show how to transition from a craddle to hum... like a seating position ? Those are not that far away BUT i am puzzled on how to make that pretty. Detailed steps would be so helpfull ! 😇

I love this video! I can't do a trapeze mount yet and I've never been taught any alternatives so I'm thrilled to try these out. I also appreciate the little 2-3 tricks combos, that's easy to remember and I can probably fit them in during downtime in my classes to practice :)

I've seen someone move from the single hocks top bar push away on the title of this video into a shoulder stand on one shoulder, but I can't work it out! Could you do a tutorial?
