I like watching your videos, you are very entertaining and fun. As far as how long to wait to know if a brush will go wonky, it only takes a few days. I've swapped out brushes in other polishes and in less than a week I could tell the brush was wonky. I've had a Cracked brush and cap on a NOL for over a week and it's still looking good. Congratulations on having a wonderful husband. I have one too! You might want to get him to make stickers for glowing the dark and thermal polishes too. You could have a nice side business selling them, because I would definitely buy some. 😊

Totally Outrageous is an amazing topper! I’m going to put it over an olive green shimmer in November. I just painted Grotto on my nails and it was amazing in two coats! I think you would love that deep marine blue creme. The color of the polish is going to look brighter because of the white swatch wheel. I love watching your videos!

I remember seeing in one of your recent vids someone mention the Cracked brushes fitting into NOL so i swapped mine, but it hasn’t been long either so i’m hoping they will be fine! 😅 and yeah unfortunately i don’t get any of the extras like the jelly of the month of HHC polishes 😢 thankfully Caitlin does!! I was considering Rolling in the Deep but ended up going with the October one instead 🥧 also how sweet of your husband to make you those magnetic stickers! 🧲

Oh I do care about brush/cap replacements!! Luckily a lot of new brands come out with paddle brushes. BUT I’m trying to see if anyone can replace the OPI brushes. I know kb shimmer fits, but the length is too short.

I never get bored or annoyed with the content of your videos. You could ramble on for hours and I’d probably still watch. I think almost everyone who collects polish cares about brush replacement…. I do! 😊

Those Cracked replacement brushes can be pulled out of the cap. I got a set and used them for my older Vapid bottles that had a skinny brush.

I love that your husband is a problem solver!! The little magnet stickers are awesome, and I agree makers should note it somewhere on the label. I hope this solves your NOL brush issue- maybe just replace as you use them, not all at once, so if by chance they don't work over the long run you won't have changed all of them. I've really liked this new Cracked collection, especially Quiet Corner. Love your haul!

I'm curious about your frequent mention of purple here... Looking at your fingers in the video, at least on my screen, you appear to have quite pronounced lavender undertones in your skin, so I would imagine that purples would look great on you 💅 I'm a cold girl myself, yellow gold orange reds really clash with my skin, so I stick with mostly blue teal violet magentas, and it works. Have you worn Goblins and Ghoulies yet? That's the only one from this assortment that I own-I'm new to indies, but I decided to try out PPU back in July. (I figured that Rewind offerings are tried and true and loved by customers, so probably a good bet.) From what I recall, the shimmer in there is blue, not purple, and it's so strong that it practically overpowers the base color, which was described as "mulberry," I think? I guess mulberry is in the warm-leaning red-violet wine color range. Anyway, with that one, I mostly see 🟦BLUE🟦 all up in my face lol Hope it worked out for you. If not, it would probably be highly desired in a destash. Happy spooky season 🎃

Great haul!! That VV magnetic does build up to opacity in 3 coats (and I have a very strong VNL).

You’re not alone. My TJMaxx’s in my area in PA don’t have a lot either. They used to but not the last year or so.

I find lots of Orly "mystery" shades...when I look them up there is no information at all. So I have purchased about 5 shades since spring and literally no information. The OPI new releases pop up every now and then. Love that they are wayyy cheaper than the retail price.

Great haul!! My local TJ Maxx got a makeover but now the nail polish racks are a lot smaller than they used to be 😢 and I feel the same way that mine doesn’t stock as much as others. Still fun to go in and see all the pretty colors!!

It’s so hard to narrow down what I want from discount polish stores! It’s good to remember you can have fun getting all the polish you want and not checking out at the end. I’ve never regretted doing it, usually forget about the polishes a couple of hours later. But a haul every now and then is OK too! Glad you had fun with your friends and scored such a great find at your local store!

This was a lot of fun! I loved story time as well. We have a Marshall’s in my town but no TJM. They used to carry a ton of polish but hardly any lately. I did recently pick up Destined to be a Legend. To me it looks like a touch of green in it but I still like it. Thanks for another fun & interesting video!
