Fulton really dropped the ball on the QC, glad they were good enough to fix it. On youtube, look up Tony Ben videos on the m1a/m14, take down, lubing and so on. Dude was an armorer and you will know that rifle in and out.

Have any of your recently purchased colts had canted front sights or was the windage pretty centered on all of them? I’m looking at getting the socom 6920 but canted FSB’s drive me crazy. Thanks

Yea I mean they work but idk I’ve been told in the comments that most people treat these as a kit gun. But 800 bucks and it’s not advertised as a kit gun…. Pass there’s better kits for alittle more money.

Great video! Also, DLC is a better coating than chrome. Chrome is favored because of its long-standing history in the industry. However, DLC does not have issues with flaking and will outlast chrome. Learn this from microbes while working directly with them.

How is your MFI mount holding up? Has it loosened at all from shooting? I just got one myself but have not fired it yet. Also, I had a century C91 from many years ago that the flash hider would loosen also. I'm not sure exactly how the CETME flash hider originally was tightened on, as best I can tell it does not use a ratcheting clip like the G3 does, but it does surprise me that this seems to be a common thing. I'll bet the Rocksett will hold it tight though!

I see that many people purchase these arms and treat them as kit guns, well that seems like it's the best way to go. I have never purchased one of these products but it seems like this is what should be expected, simply for the fact that it's being produced in India and it's inexpensive. Think about actually producing these parts and then shipping them across the world. India is not a wealthy nation and there is a lot of unskilled/semi-skilled labor being utilized over there. After watching numerous videos on these arms, I would just strip it down and make it a kit gun, like so many people have mentioned. If I didn't want to go through the build process, I would save up more money and buy a better product entirely.

Glad to see someone else into these colts for the replica A4 stuff. People I talk to are like "Colts are garbage" Yeah but I dont get any M16/Colt Markings with a different Upper or lower. Thats part of the coolness of these things. I mean even with the Carbine lower seems you got a nice one, with Upper and barrel markings too. Nice rifle

@@THEPAGUNGUY It's a really nice little upgrade for a hundo. It's worth it, my original rear sight had a little bit of play in it. I could take my two fingers and apply mild pressure and not only see and feel it move a bit, but you could hear it as well.

Awesome! I came to a similar crossroad not too long ago when I purchased my 44, It was between the Colt or the 29 classic engraved version from Smith. I went with the Smith since I have had great luck with my 686 and I wanted something blued since my 686 is stainless. I wont lie I got a 44 because they're just cool looking lol. Nothing against the Colt though if I didn't already own a stainless I would've probably purchased that instead - Good luck with yours it looks fantastic!

Sadly, i purchased a new made Colt King Cobra a few years ago. I had nothing but issues....for starters certain ammunition wouldn't even seat fully in the cylinder and wouldnt allow it to close. The trigger pull was extremely gritty along with cocking the hammer in single action. The ejector rod was bent and would hang while trying to eject shells. I was so disappointed. It was my first modern made Colt revolver and will be my last. I hope you have luck with yours!

I carried m16a1 for 4 years in the army. It had full auto capability. Had no issues with it. It never failed or jammed. It's issues were fixed after Vietnam. It was an awesome weapon in its time. I even shot it in army competitions for 4 years. I took 3rd place at nationals with this rifle. I have one of my ar's configured as an a1. And, where your sling is positioned has no bearing on anything. As long it does not impede your marksmanship, it doesn't matter. In combat its what you are comfortable fighting with.

Dracos are sweet. There is an under folder rear trunnion in there. It’s not cheap but they really shine when you SBR them, buy the stock and pay a smith to do the under folder conversion. I’m a new sub, thanks for the content.
