Hello may I please ask you a question about this form? This is the first time I file as single because before I used to file as a head of household and had my son as my dependent. He went to college last year and got a part time job as well so we decided this year to separate for taxes purposes. I’m having a difficult time filing this form for my employer now for 2025 especially because I work a second job part time for weekends only and I don’t have any clue what to fill out in those boxes and be correct about for IRS. Also, I don’ t want my employer to hold a lot of money on my paycheck because I’m on my own paying all bills and I need all money every month. I would really appreciate if you could help me please because I asked our HR rep. To help me, but they didn’t want to . Thank you so much in advance! Ana

Does she need to open up a regular IRA herself (separate from the 403b) in order for me to fund my spousal IRA? I could not find information anywhere on the internet.

Hello… If you can please answer this question it would be GREATLY appreciated! My wife is retiring and I retired a few years back so regarding Section 2b (ii) if my pension is less than hers she should list my pension amount in that section but if my pension is more than what hers will be then she would leave that section blank and not include my pension in any of the calculations? Is this correct?
@AmericasFavEA3 күн бұрын
Happy New Year! If your pension is included hers will adjust to withhold at your combined tax rate. It is best to factor both in so you are not underwithheld.
