How to File Form 8868: Non-profit Tax Extension

It is said that, "All filers must complete lines 3a, b, and c, even if you are exempt from tax or do not expect to have any tax liability." in instructions. Is it okay to leave it blank like you did? for form 990/990ez

Great question! You should still put the 0s. I didn't realize I had left them off until I started recording.
