Is this pose doable and secure for men as well ? I mean when the hammock is between the legs in the "spawn shape"-position, there is "something" more around than by women ...

Hi! Thank you so much for explaining this so well!☺️For some reason I still can’t get my hammock without some edges being a bit longer than the others.🫢Can you please show / explain how to get such a nice line of the hammock at the end of its tail? Thank you so much!☺️🙏

Not happening at all for my fuller figure and I love pigeon with the hammock. My arm joints don't seem able to move into these versions. Even the stacked legs to one side that should be "comfortable" is like a rope in my hip crease. :(

Where did you find a gold aerial rig?!

I love this practice even if inside the hammock is difficult to follow. Personally I follow your videos at 0.75 . I love to fly, so the half body in and half out poses are my favourite. I use my hammock on my own more as a rope, these are my first lesson wrapped in, which I love. Thank you ❤

Thanks so much for verbalising the issue of death which is such a taboo subject in our Westernised world. I don't think people relate Halloween to death consciously anymore. Aside from that, it was lovely to think of my mum during the class, who practised yoga for 30+ years of her life and sadly died last year. The hip openers are great for bringing out those difficult emotions. namaste.

Wow this was tricky, I still can’t understand how you get into that final stretch up in the hammock with your legs L shaped in both ends of the hammock.. also could you send me the pdf of all this series as the link provided on an earlier class is not working… I’d love to keep the pdf printout of all this embrace your light as I’d like to be able to repeat them without the video.. Thank you in advance ❤
