I am so excited about implementing your system! As an Executive Life Coach, I have struggled with finding the right tool for professionals as it relates to introspection and life assessment. I love how you have stepped through annual goals to getting granular with daily habits. The Wheel of Life is a powerful visual for pinpointing areas of focus and activities to advance a particular area. Thank you for your brilliant offer!

I love journaling and increasingly so since I’m aging but after trying loads of styles, I’m only left with anxiety and over whelm! Your 5 part system seems simple and doable and it’s comforting to know that aiming for consistency and growth via Journalling is possible 🌼 Thank you for your work - with best wishes from Dubai.

I try to write a journal so that I can prioritize tasks and see when I have taken on too much. So that I don't lose myself, time for God, prayer, silence and also my husband and the development of a relationship with him in the multitude of tasks required of me by family, work, offices and institutions. I like your idea of turning the journal - horizontally (why did I never think of that?) and also the possibility of adding pages as needed. And it has a beautiful design :)

I have a hard time keeping track of things, to be honest. I deal with chronic pain, which has kinda derailed my life the past few years, and I am so done with it! I am impressed by your journaling system…it looks comprehensive and easy to use.

I have tried bullet style journalling a number of times - even making my own journals from scratch. But the pressure to perform and be perfect was overwhelming. I like this simpler cleaner and most importantly, smaller style of journalling as it limits pressure but still allows for creativity.

I want to start journaling because I feel like it’s a way to capture life’s little moments, track my growth, and spark fresh ideas! It's my chance to reflect, recharge, and create a more intentional, inspired version of myself each day. Plus, there's something exciting about looking back and seeing how far I’ve come!

Journaling is a way to get my thoughts, ideas and feelings out so I can clear my head to view what I’ve written from “a different perspective” per se. I’m still trying to find my groove and discipline in it but when I do journal, I always think “why am I not doing this everyday?” 😂

In Spring and Summer I wake up at 5:30am and spend 20 minutes outside. Spend more time outdoors. In the Autumn and Winter I get up at 7am. And watch Netflix at night time.

I have a hard time planning and I tend to not finish my journal. Lately I have a hard time finishing my tasks properly and I really want to improve. So I looked for a system to manage this. I didn't think I would be able to find a journal system that will suit my needs like this one. I want to extend my gratitude. Thank you for this system.

I took caligraphy in high school in the 80s. I spent at least 1 to 2 hours everyday practicing caligraphy and it took my handwriting to a different level, even adding flairs to certain letters. Once in a while, I would show what I can do with a caligraphy pen to my kids and their jaws dropped. 😂

What a great video with excellent insights into using a paper system. Task & calendar management is best done digitally but the rest is best done with paper. Using a horizontal layout with pre-printed forms makes so much sense. Well done video also!

I have always journaled. Journaling keeps me grounded and when I look back on the entries I have written I am encouraged. I can spot areas where I need to work on myself or revisit things or people I should close any open doors that leave unanswered questions. Your system is straight to the point and I took like the idea of top loading the paper. I have had a hard time purchasing paper that is top loading and when I find it the price goes up and up as most things do. Even if I am not a winner I am willing to pay for your system because you have taken the time to already do the hard part. Thank you for your time and attention and to everyone who reads this - Happy Journaling!

Thank you for sharing. I created a personal life binder for what matters to me most. It's suits me for now but is quite bulky in its traditional portrait layout. I see how much smother it would be in a non traditional landscape layout. <<NICE. In my Binder Planner I have sections for each important aspect of my life: yearly goal, monthly calendar with daily agenda, tracker; family & home, faith, profession & career, health & wellness, finance & assets, homesteading & self reliance, continue education & mentoring with community public out reach events. I enjoy all the events in my life however at times double booth myself and is some what hard to say no or to cancell on someone. Although most are acceptable with alternative forms of support. Everyone says look at your calendar see if your available...before the ask or inform of their event. Time management and be accountable has made me who I'm, to show up and allows me to contribute in othemultiple ways. Happy Planning Journaling Life.

I have been journaling off and on for many years and never could keep it up. After watching your video I can see myself being able to keep up with it. If I were to skip a day my journal would still look neat and clean without empty pages in between. Thanks for the inspiration!

I love journaling. I've only started doing it consistently for the past 4 months but it has been an eye-opener for me but also soothing that I am somehow in control of my life - my day to day decisions impact my life in the long term and journaling helps me tremendously to keep me accountable.

Thank you for such exceptional content - I am so excited! I have Subscribed, viewed both the videos and visited your website - it's so great and helpful! My journaling journey started a couple of years ago, and similar to yours I have tried multiple different diaries, notebooks and bullet journaling but also encountered some of the same challenges - getting stuck on aesthetic perfection, wasted space and becoming overwhelmed. I would Love to try out your layouts that are already so well organised, and I especially love the that your templates are flexible and allow some customisation, while also providing a good structure. I also am hoping to become more consistent, especially in terms of the faith aspects going forward, remaining focused on goodness and goals. I look forward to implementing and analysing the Wheel of Life assessment. Blessings & Greetings from Sunny South Africa :)
