Just a thought try using PB Blaster works amazingly on stubborn and rusted bolts.. Oh and try using a cut up bicycle tube for extra grip on your Vice or add on grips for a vice

porque lo de la bateria? ,no encontrabas pilas originales? o no tenias cargador ? es una curiosidad nada mas.
@hbrestoration6 күн бұрын
One of the reasons is that batteries like this will have to come with a charger that uses a different voltage in our country. If you need to charge it, you will need an additional power adapter for it, which is quite troublesome. The simple solution is to use a charger adapter that uses a common power source

Step 1. NEVER allow the rusted or corroded mechanism to soak in hot penetrating oils! Breaking off screws and bolts and forcing pieces apart with brute force is much more fun.

That screw was subjected to quite a lot of force when cutting, so it was affected

@@hbrestorationUltimate bolt removal challenge. A 1946 Willy jeep that had spent about 20 years on beaches. All four brake bleeder fittings were rusted to the point it could have been possible to break them off with our fingers. All four assemblies spent a week immersed in a drum of used motor oil heated with a hot plate. Then each bleeder was heated to almost red and sewing machine oil applied. About 20-40 heat and cool cycles. The challenge: remove all four bleeders with an extra deep socket, no ratchet but only by twisted by hand. No problem at all. One didn't even need the socket - came loose on it's own. Chemically, iron oxide and steel are very different and iron oxides can be broken down to the molecular level, unattached to the steel.
@hbrestoration6 күн бұрын
"an extra deep socket" I don't quite understand this. But it seems that method is very useful, perhaps next time I will try it with important details that need to be kept or cannot be replaced.
@thaiexodus29166 күн бұрын
@@hbrestorationSocket. Just one long enough to get a good grip on with your hand and twist it back and forth. Lots of gentle cautious persuasion. One the part starts to turn just the slightest keep dripping the oil in while lightly heating it. The oil washes away the loosened oxides.
