Natural granite. There's nothing smarter than drinking a radioactive drink infused with a pinch of radon gas. This had to be a millennial's idea.

This was great, the only thing that I think would have improved it was a countdown clock on some of the longer exercises like the glut lift at the end. It always helps me focus my energy when I see my goal on the screen

How long have you been growing in the coco fiber and have you seen it promote growth?

A wooden plank would be a great option too as the plant is more likely to actually attach to the wood plank and size up very quickly compared to just wrapping and tying it to this type of pole system.

**NOTE** - The trowel is measured in inches. Not sure where millimeters came from. Sorry for any confusion!
@j.watson86018 ай бұрын
Millimeter? Either the proportions of this video have totally fooled me, or those are inches.
@SwiftWellness8 ай бұрын
Nope - you are absolutely correct. They ARE inches. I just listened to it back myself - not sure what I was thinking when I filmed the voiceover. 🤦🏼♀️ I’m making an edit in the caption since I can’t edit the video itself. Thanks for the catch!

The coir poles don’t provide nutrients or moisture unless your keeping it moist and adding nutrients, they don’t keep moist as well as actual moss poles
@linobauer80818 ай бұрын
This is not a moss pole !!!
@SwiftWellness8 ай бұрын
Absolutely. I realized in the video that I simply said “fibers” instead of coconut fibers, although a quick search of Amazon also lists almost all items with “moss poles” in the title/description, even though they are made similarly to this one. Although not technically correct, I chose to use the common phrase versus the more correct specific term.

I’m an ultra beginner. I could do most of it, but I really struggled with some, as a person who has not valued core strength like I could. This video will be a part of my routine now. Thanks.
@azulagirl3258 ай бұрын
We’ve been using one of these for YEARS and it’s held up great. Mine is the same brand and size but the design is slightly different. We use primarily at the beach and fill the side bags with sand to weigh it down. But if you have extra camping pegs you can use it at grassy parks too to make sure it doesn’t blow away. Love ours. Can be tricky to fold on a windy day tho lol

@SwiftWellness moss is a completely different thing to coconut fibres.
@nela58 ай бұрын
@@SwiftWellness you might consider to change the title 😉 I pointed it ou because it’s completely different: moss poles need to be kept moist, while coconut stays dry. Moss acts like an extension of the pot where it grows roots into. coconut poles on the other hand only help the plant to grow up to and air roots can hold on to. For beginners this is an important difference to know, not only a different word. two completely different ways of taking care off.

Goofiest workout ever. Save yourself and find any other workout video. Neither challenging nor logical. Unfortunately, just a chaotic way to get injured with horrible transitions.
