Bruh, they literally missed another opportunity to reveal what N and K Sternritters Shrifts are. The moment Askin mentioned he would be talking about Quincies, I hoped they would just do a full on walk through of all of them, especially as Uryuu is the only one, whose Shrift hasn't been explicitly explained yet. Last season they had at least shown some cut out scenes. Here they could have done so much more. Kira's special chapter or just a Q&A with Kubo and production.
