I'm using star eater/necrotic. Star Eater doesn't give bonus weapon damage. It just enhances the grenade, melee and ignitions caused by the melee. Check out my updated version where I do nearly 5 million damage

Not entirely unless you can keep syntho's or combination blow up. I'm taking advantage of Star Eater's boost to my melee which also boosts the ignitions' damage. Which is also boosted by some fragments. Acrius is doing roughly 3-3.5 million.

Thank you very much! 🧡 I am trying to conceive up some ranged options that aren't already super obvious. I have one in mind rn but it doesn't 100% work on the witness. The witness is a tough one because of how far away he is. I just got my first clear not even an hour ago 😅. If I do any it unfortunately won't be showcased on the witness because getting just 1 other person to sit with me for 30 min - an hour is hard enough lol.

This is only good for the first boss unfortunately. The other 2 are pretty situational. Like the ogre's gonna need to walk up to you and this only works on the first 2 floors of the final boss

You could do either. The last fragment that I use that isn't relevant for the dps phase is Facet of Purpose so I get restoration when picking up orbs. You could also just replace an arc surge for recuperation.

Crits on pellet shotguns only do 10% more

Depends on enemy type. Tormentors especially and subjugators take massively reduced body shot damage.

@@zacharylangford773 This wouldn't work well on tormentors anyways because of their suppression. Subjugators you just wanna use Microcosm

@@Surf272 I didn't say to use this build against tormentors, I was just saying how precision damage varies in this game. But I will say Acrius is good against tormentors if you aren't relying on some ability. Specifically Nez.

Better is subjective as it depends on if it's even possible to use it on a boss. For reference I've done and seen a lot of damage tests and the high end for an optimal rocket or grenade launcher rotation hits without a debuff is 3.8 mil. This video had a weaken grenade active for a bit under half of dps, so if you take the damage increase from the debuff out to get a fair comparison then this strat is doing around 4.6 mil, easily higher than anything an edge transit or apex predator rotation can do. In a team setting where you can have a 30% debuff this build hits almost 6 mil, which is absolutely disgusting. The downside with this build is there are very few bosses that have an easy way to set up point blank for damage. But, for the ones it does work on, it's insane

Far less chance of blowing yourself up in a Well of Radiance. But not every boss is Acrius-able

The nade is better suited for demo rockets while here it's better for me to not use it to save super energy for more melees

​@@Alflowillthe melee will ignite every time, nade wont. Melee is better for dragons breath to the point the nade is a waste of super energy.

Facet of Command was nerfed unfortunately. It now has an 11 second cooldown. I did upload a video using it on titan before the nerf

I'm planning on testing that set up today too lol. Tractor + healing auto + trench shotty. And yeah it's Necrotic/Star Eater

@@Surf272 love that. I was just doing three shots per melee until empty and then just one shot per melee and reloading a shell. Curious if there’s a better method. Only downside is that tractor procs facet of command so you can’t utilize freeze to reload your main shotgun.

@@hondo2356 I have an auto loading/trench imperial decree which should do. Start the dps phase with healing my teammate for the 10% dmg, super, tractor, dump shotty, tractor, heal teammate, dump shotty repeat till it's over. It won't do the most damage ever but providing almost ~87% more damage to the team should suffice lol. I didn't think about tractor suppressing thus proccing command.
