Destiny 2: Song of Flame + Outbreak Perfected DPS Test

This was a viewer suggestion made on a previous video. I used Dawn Chorus here for the bonus damage to scorch. Kelvin has not gotten the new Outbreak so his damage could definitely be better. I was also using x2 kinetic surges here. Not too bad for a primary imo.
