It's great fun, of your into this sort of thing. I would delay it's worth a session to see if you like it. It's at EXTREME AIRSOFT Leicestershire Its basically real life call of duty. Sod playing a xbox or ps4 when could go and do the real thing. Its very similar to paintball except it's more intense, players take it more seriously I.e being tactical and working as a team etc. also it's more painful when get hit. Specially at point blank range from couple time where I got shot 😂. Breaks up all the bricklaying videos. Enjoy your day my friend 👍⚒🇬🇧🔫

Hi Ryan ,that’s a bit different 🎥I see the leadership values you have onsite spills over onto the playground . Now then for me and no doubt others watching it was hard to work out what you and your team was doing ,the general view was trees and bushes and the noise of the “gun” .For next time could you describe the set up ie the gun ,what it does ,the ammo , Range , does it hurt if you get hit 🤣,How many in the team ,general rules, cost, .I say this out of interest and not sat here picking at your day out.Glad you had a good unwind from the daily slog and look forward to your next ration. Ps I have always had a massive interest in the war in Vietnam and it must have been absolutely frightening to be part of that situation.🤕
@Forest_Ry5 жыл бұрын
Hi ronnie. I know I thought I will spice things up abit rather than just bricklaying. Its hardwork, certainly keeps you on your toes and fit. Very hard to see the enemy as they was well camouflaged up just like us I suppose. The gun set up I was using was a g36 hired one magazine clip held half the amount of ammo as normal magazines so that was very frustrating and st time had to ammo up when in middle of contact. The games we played was like a search and destroy type, going to the enemy base and taking a box back to our end, and the sort of things the games lasted about 2 hours and we played 3 games and zombies at the end which was awesome. I have huge respect for all of the men during the wars as can only imagine what the real thing is like. Airsoft obv ain't the real things but it is the closest thing to it and you still have to have the same skill,mind set only difference is no proper bullets and gun powder for firing the weapon as most guns are electric or gas. I will do another episode if airsoft as I went at weekend again and finally got my license (ukara) and can now purchase my first gun🔫🔫. All the best my friend 👊👍💪🙏🇬🇧⚒

Hey up guys😁🙏 My first airsoft game, absolutely loved it as expected only thing that drove me wild was the magazine on the gun only carried 150 rounds and kept reloaded always and sometime in the middle of crossfire 💪. Fair play mate. I’m 20 and got a 2-1 gang but aiming to get bigger this year. Were you on a split!? And any tips to get bigger!?
@Forest_Ry5 жыл бұрын
@@markelvidge8971 Fair play to you my friend 👌 best thing you can do.👍 I went split with other bricklayers and hoddys was on a percentage. No day works, unless whole gang was. My advice would be keep up the grind and hard work, as in bricklaying trade it's a tough and volatile industry so always keep your work bang on and be reliable and do what what you say you will and you won't go too far wrong mate. I hope this helps. Let me know how you get on and anything I can help you with along the way would be a honour. Keep up the slashing👍🇬🇧⚒
@markelvidge89715 жыл бұрын
I employ both of the lads that work for me. If I was to get more would a split be better!? How does a split work!?
@Forest_Ry5 жыл бұрын
@@markelvidge8971 cool. Fair play. I hope it works out for you. It shouldn't come down to money if your gang is working in harmony. Things get done smoothly and efficiently eventually becomes second nature if everyone is on the same wavelength. It's about what gets done at the end of week and all knowing each own job roles. How I used to work the split for bricklayers and I used to either pay a labourer £120 so works out about 17% on percentage. would be, example Total gang earned £3500 £3500 - 17% for hoddy= £2905. Then divide £2905 BY 10 days for bricklayers totals £290.50 per day. And the good thing is everything is fair and so if people have a day off it can go like this Example So instead of 10 days 1 bricklayer did 5 days The other bricklayer did 3 So basically divide the £2905 by 8 instead of 10 then that would be what you earned each day. Coz some brickies only turn up for the cream and dont turn up when on tricky bits that ain't got much in. Obv if labourer has a day off then it's the same sort of thing to work that out aswell. I do apologise if this was oong winded but I am trying to explain. Thank you for your patience. All thr best ⚒🇬🇧👍
