The finishing knot is known as a risotto finish. I love using it behind an FG and several others. May not be really needed but it provides a bit of protection to the first knot and is a nice signature

What did you buy your engine in counter rotation? A lh prop on a single engine boat is rare.

That was all I could get at the time. Doesn’t make a difference on a single engine.

@ it does make a difference. It’ll pull more towards the left. The right rotation engine will keep it straighter than putting a left hand. But if it works for you then that’s awesome. Been watching you for years and never seen out out in the water. I launch at haulover all the time!

A great video no doubt about it! But and it's a big but ! There are good cast nets, and there are cheap and nasty bad cast nets that will not throw right or open right no matter what you do! Made in China don't help!
