One thing I would recommend is adding how the resistance hits your legs.. Is there any lack of resistance on the start or end of each movement
@Jacob-ec6st4 күн бұрын
It looks like the way he has it configured there’s little resistance at the start of the rep but 100% at the top of the rep. But it also looks like you could adjust it so the resistance curve changes.
@aaronrushfit4 күн бұрын
@ I agree, just saying he should add that to his review.. But what other people have done is add resistance band/s so that there's more resistance in the start and all the way through the movement

Are those Weight it Out plates on wall with stickers? How do you like them thinking of getting some as I got the Quantum Trainer top load machine and the handles would be so nice! Curious how much wiggle they have on barbell that was one reason I didn't go with them.
@jasonmckinney387626 күн бұрын
I actually WANT some rattle and I feel the WIO plates are good for that since the hole is 2”, not 1.98”. If you want it tighter then you probably want possibly the greatest plates ever designed (at least aesthetically speaking) from the strength co. I think both are phenomenal plates.

9:00... why not just raise the lever arms and spotter arms higher on the posts. Then you can just lie down on the bench and it will be the same geometry as when you were on the floor.

I'm curious about the wall mounting. I've ordered one of these, and while i'm waiting, I'm looking at where I'm going to put it. While I'm pretty sure it will fit where I can mount it to a study, I'm not 1000% sure of that. How important is it that it gets mounted to a stud? I've downloaded the assembly instructions from the Titan website, and they don't mention the mounting process at all! Thanks.
@IDK-I-Just-Doomscroll-Here10 күн бұрын
It's important to mount it to the wall. If you don't have a conveniently placed stud, you can run a stringer across several studs and mount it to that instead.

Very good vid. One question: is "price point" required lingo for gear review? Cost, price, expense, money etc banned by the muscle head association?

There should be a drop set mode. When it detects to slow movement it could lower the weight.

Hey man great video! What are the final assembled dimensions? The ones on their website and Amazon page aren't correct. For example the width is stated as 31" but that's just the footboard. And the length is stated as 71" which might only be the dimension of the metal piece on the floor rather than the part in the air that sticks out the back. Thanks so much!
