Hi yes you have there 2 egr valves 1 is for hot directly from hed and the second is cold with the cooler inline.

How do you remove the actual Exhaust sensor steel pipe? this is blocked and will not clear. can get access to the banjo fitting but not the little clamp fixing under the pipe?

Great vid.. but one should allways replace the rtv under the no1 camshaft cap - usually those that leak and not the valve cover gasket.

good video, my DP0 transmission was slipping when giving full throthel. i replaced the 2 solinoids and the oil of the transmission, that fixed it for me.

I have error code P0301 Cylinder 1 misfire. Does it mean to replace coil pack ? I assume its only spart plug need to be replace. Is that correct ?

So worn out bearings can cause low oil pressure issues? I am asking this because I often get the oil pressure warning despite replacing the oil pump, strainer and engine carbon cleaning+ flushing

The rod bearings fail very often on those engines not neccessearily only because of ignoring low oil pressure warning. There were engines seized without any prior warning at all, one of those was mine. The oil strainer wasn't blocked everything with oil system seemed to be fine in the engine, no clue why it happened.

I used this wynns product on my DPF. Removed it, soaked it, left it soaking 24 hours. Then boiling water, Blasted it through with water. It didn’t unblock it. £30 wasted. Bought a new DPF problem solved

Hi guys I'm the owner of the seized engine, car was driving perfectly then with no warning oil light comes on not flashing just on , luckily I thought I was about 2 or 3 hundred yards from garage I use so basically just free wheeled it down to garage and the rest is history, I couldn't have stopped immediately where I was as it was too dangerous, the car has had 2 oil & filter changes this year alone as I like to look after my cars and probably check oil & coolant levels once a week , so as I say I had zero warning to what was to come, I'm looking forward to seeing what caused this failure , so just shows you that no matter how well you look after these engines it doesn't matter, probably my fault for driving that 300 yards but I just assumed because I'd checked oil that morning it was possibly just a senor, obviously not as you can see, be careful guy 👍

I'm being quoted nearly 4k for new cam and chain on a Mazda 3 skyactiv 2.2 diesel. Error 0101. I don't know yet if it's worn yet. Power is way down on my car. What diagnosis tool should I get for checking this? Many thanks

I have a 2014 skyactiv 2.2 diesel, manual gearbox, I have a 0101 error according to the mechanic. He thinks the lack of power is due to worn cam and a engine damage due to a worn chain. How much would this normally cost to fix. I've 170k on mine. I want to get it fixed. Also, what kind of diagnosis tool would be good for seeing the faults, I might get one. Thanks for that....

Bad turbo can leak oil definitely when the bearing is worn. Oil will also accumulate in the intercooler. Refurbishing the turbo is also not a too complicated job. The biggest hurdle is the removal and placement on the car. So many pipes, and a very difficult position.
