I have a 2019 Mazda 6 2.2 diesel adblue with 88,000 miles. Also does the startup rattle so think it's normal 👍

Same here, new version. Does the little startup rattle, it is normal due to the injectors

I have 2022 Mazda CX 5 Japanese version and has no ad blue and it comes with more hp that other regions (200hp). I would say the rattle startup is normal.

Would be great to know if the worst of the problems have been fixed with the newer 2.2. I have a 2015 with 110,000 on the clock and thinking of getting a 2018 facelift but can't decide on petrol or diesel!!

Petrol models seem very rare in Ireland. I believe the 2019+ diesels are significantly more reliable from what I've heard from different sources, but rather expensive.. I've got a 2016 model also. No issues yet.. although I never go beyond 5000 miles between oil changes
