Hello Mam, my priority date is 27 feb 2012 and visa category is F4 from Pakistan, the USCIS has approved the case and sent to NVC, i check the portal and it shows "visa is not available, when available will notify you". What do you say when the portal will be opened and how much time required for this process, thanks in advance
