Any will work that is boiled out, but I personally use Takara Sho Chiku Bai - the cheap one haha!

You can add some white wine in the beginning of the recipe if you want, but I wouldn't use it as a replacement to the lemon. If you aren't a fan of zesty dishes, I would just omit the lemon or like you said, and add later to taste.

You're very welcome! You can also adjust the intensity by adding slightly less or more coffee, adjusting in 1/2 teaspoon increments until you find the perfect balance you're looking for!

This dish looks similar to Bolivia’s called Pique A Lo Macho and it also includes: fries, cut up grilled sausage, cut in half hard boiled eggs and tomato. 😊 While it’s heftier we just like to eat a lot. Ty for the vid.
