I repent with you. I didn’t go vegan for the animal and was taught God created them for us to eat. Over time there was a major shift in my heart that naturally occurred and now I am filled with compassion, for the animals and my fellow man. Thank you for sharing.

Hey🙂 I live in a tropical enviroment right by the so called blue zones. I have a question: Why is it impossible to find any wild growing vegetables to eat in nature here?. I mean seriously, there is notthing humans can actually eat here besides animals. It just doesen’t add up at all that I’m supposed to eat vegan because there are absolutely no veggetables around here… I have tried to eat what you would call a healthy vegan diet for a long time and ended up getting very sick. And yes, it was a so called healthy vegan diet where I followed every good advise and so called science to a T. I’ve never in my life been so malnurished and sick and ended up limping around with a cane for a long time. I then started to eat meat, eggs and animal fat again and my body healed up right away, I got my musle mass back and my bleeding diarrhea dissapeared and my skin cleared up. But back to my question: Why is there simply notthing to eat in nature here besides animals? I actually live here and there is notthing to eat besides animals in nature here. Can someone please give me an answer to my simple question? Peace Jack❤

When a neuron is gone, it's gone. However, there is the hope that some neurons are in a penumbra = dysfunctional, but not dead. These might be restored. I have reviewed the causes of neurodegeneration. There are about 100 things a person can avoid to help protect there brain cells. Eg. avoid things that cause leaky gut.... excitotoxins... stimulants....atherogens...diabetogens....mitochondrial inhibitors... head trauma..... etc

The plaque on his wall is crooked is that how he reads radiographs?
@Jeffs6017 сағат бұрын
Except for being a Radiologist Peter Rogers admitted everything he does on youtube is just a hobby and he has no Ph.D, no credentials, no qualifications, no awards or honors in physics, biology, anthropology, geography, ecology, chemistry, horticulture, zoology, mineralogy, oceanography, limnology, agriculture, archaeology of humans, soil science, geology, veterinary science, hydrology, cardiology, nutrition science, ethics or how the ecosystem works. All his books are self published because no legit publisher wants to be responsible for false information based on a hobby.

Dr Rogers was student athlete of year at Stanford = knows academics & sports performance. Graduated 1st in medical school class with 99% board scores in medical school & residency = knows conventional medicine. Did Harvard fellowship in imaging guided surgery with emphasis on atherosclerosis = has been studying hypertension, diabetes, atherosclerosis for 30 years. Was a Star Mcdougaller for being coached by John Mcdougall MD (best nutrition doctor in the world), and losing65 lbs from 220 down to 155 lbs. Dr Rogers has done extensive study of the pioneers of nutrition including Kempner, Burkitt, Swank, Pritikin, Ornish, Esselstyn, Moore, Sloop, etc. Gregory Sloop MD is widely considered the best atherosclerosis researcher in the world. Dr Sloop said that Dr Rogers has the most comprehensive, and accurate understanding of pathophysiology of anyone in the world. Dr Rogers teaches nutrition as a hobby, because there's no money it, but wishes he could work in it full time. Dr Rogers has published with and without publishers. Publishers are only good for sales. They do not effect quality. All the internal medicine books that are completely wrong on chronic disease have big name publishers. As Arthur Schopenhauer said, "the best books are ALWAYS written by amateurs, because they are interested in the subject itself, because they want to understand it. In comparison, university professors write books as a formality, and stay within the traditional confines of their fields, and seldom write anything useful."

The Carni was attacking him verbally (I thought). . . . but Dr. Rogers maintained an even keel, kindness throughout, answered his questions without malice. . all the way to the end. Peter doesn't try to sell stuff so he's not promoting something to make money so that makes him trust worthy. I learn so much from him, medical and diet books all need to change if they want to cure people's illnesses but they won't because they wouldn't make billions of dollars, its so wrong the doctors don't know nor do people no one is taught the truth, thanks for such an informative interview

The problem is that you can find countless other "doctors" who claim that a high fat diet is the best if you want to lower blood pressure, blood sugar and use fasting on a regular basis like Fred Bisci to prolong your life. They claim that a high carb diet is the cause of many problems in the long run. Doing omad is another great thing and a weekly fast of 24hours is another great thing. Don't forget your enemas to flush the toxins out.
