I would be cautious of using rainwater without some sort of filtration system, as microplastics have been found in rainwater. And as another commenter mentioned- you would also want to filter out whatever they’re constantly spraying in the skies.

I was scared to do a water fast on water because the water was not good enough. I got myself a water distiller for 100 bucks and is a life changer. I enjoy my tap water so much, now that's distilled, and especially in the fasting times... bought some glass bottles, along the good ones in plastic. and goodby plastic wastes. I don't know how I could live without it...already, 1 week after.

The guest must live in an area free of chemtrails--I would be distilling or purifying that rain and creek water, it likely has picked up the heavy metals lingeroling in our skies.

Dude you talk about sprouted mung beans as a source of protein, but this is actually a terrible source since it requires at least 100g of SPROUTED mung beans to barely get 4g of proteins... I try to eat 500g of either cooked lentils, chickpeas, and sometimes fermented cooked soy(natto) combined with vegetables of course(for digestion purposes) every single day(to get the proteins) even so, this is actually giving me gut problems, having trouble to urinate and so on... I'm still constantly loosing weight and I don't want that... I probably have to decrease my grains intake in order for my gut to get better, in contrast to that I'm not gonna get enough proteins... Why don't you just assume it's extremely hard for vegans to get protein? I had a good amount of lean mass(that I stored for more than 10 years after I stopped working out) before I became vegan, and since I became a vegan I've been constantly loosing that lean mass that I stored for years... I tried to find sources of proteins but there's just none... I'm not a raw vegan, imagine if I was one? That's why all the "healthy" vegans either look high-bodyfat or are very skinny like you, because they cover their lack of protein with other things like fat or carbs... not that this is bad but, their shapes look terrible. When I was doing the "Keto" Diet(I say Keto in quotes because my Ketone Levels never passed beyond 1.0 so, it was more like a low carb diet) I wasn't getting enough electrolytes(feeling less energetic compared to the vegan diet) but at least I never had any issues with loosing good weight that I've never planned to loose. There's another thing to pinpoint here... They talk about Tempeh as a COVERUP for not eating the cooked grains(lentils, soybeans, chickpeas, mung beans)... because they know that if you eat too much cooked grains like I do, you're gonna have gut problems with that, again, like I'm having... but have you ever tried to make Tempeh? This is a joke... nobody has 6 hours a day to spend in the kitchen preparing this kind of food... Be honest with us, you don't get enough proteins in your diet, enough I mean 2x your body weight(that's not the necessary amount for health but it is needed to keep, store and maintain good lean body mass).
