My top-10 1. 2024 (My winner of this year despite the staging cuz I immediately fell in love with the song) 2. 2023 (My # 3 of last year behind Sweden and France, a totally undeserved 25th place, I still keep singing it, epecially when I got the blues!) 3. 2018 (another favorite of mine that fared unexpectedly bad) 4. 2000 (banger!) 5. 2017 (what a performance!) 6. 2013 (mainly because of Bonnie who was my highschool crush centuries ago lol) 7. 2007 8. 2002 9. 2009 (Greece gave 12 points to this one) 10. 2005 Our bottom-5 is exactly the same (UK, what were you thinking?), all the rest is "neutral" for me, including the much hyped 2022 (although I admit that his vocal performance was outstanding). 20th century: My winners of the respective years: 1959, 84, 94 (my absolute #1), 96. My runners-up: 1957, 67, 97, 98 (The UK was by far my favorite country in the 90s). Other faves: 1961, 65, 70, 75, 76, 78, 85, 88, 91, 93, 99. Once more I gotta congratulate you for your excellent presentation of your rankings!

1. It's My Time (2009) This is an amazing ballad and it had potential to win as well. The 5th place was deserved.. Jade Ewen sings and performs very well 😊 2. Space Man (2022) It's a great song and it's my favorite UK entry in the 2020's. Maybe the 2nd place was a bit too high of a finish though. Sam Ryder performs very well and I really like the staging. 3. I Will Never Give Up On You (2017) It's another great ballad.. Lucie Jones has an amazing voice and i really enjoy when the song reached it's climax in the end.. She deserved a lot better than a 15th place. 4. Even If (2008) I can't understand why it finished last.. the song is a banger! A great funk song that is both catchy and cheerful. I think Andy Abraham did a great performance despite the poor result. 5. Love Will Set You Free (2012) It's outdated, but i really like the song.. a bit slow but a very pleasant ballad. Good lyrics too. The staging was simple, but beautiful. I especially enjoy it when it reaches the end of the song when the stage start to light up and the fireworks. Engelbert Humperdinck performed very well.. he has been around for a very long time.. i believe my grandmother used to listen to him when she was young 😊 6. Come Back (2002) I think it was one of the strongest songs in 2002.. it had potential to win. A very beautiful, catchy ballad. Great vocals too. 7. Hold On To Our Love (2004) It's a sweet and a pleasant song.. kind of has the same vibe as Ireland's song in 2004.. but this song is better and more memorable in my opinion. 8. No Dream Impossible (2001) I think this is a very underrated song.. sounds quite fresh for 2001. The rapping part felt unnecessary in my opinion, but i can let it slide. Lindsay Dracass has a good voice, but she is too shouty sometimes in this song. 9. Believe In Me (2013) I recognize her outside of Eurovision, because she had a hit song in the 80's called "Total Eclipse Of The Heart". This is a slightly underwhelming song, but i think it's pleasant anyway. 10. Don't Play That Song Again (2000) It's a slightly good song, but not something i would listen to often. It's tolerable enough for me to put it in my top 10. The UK was definitely better before the 2000's. They have a lot of good songs in the pre-2000's era. My favorites pre-2000's are 1968, 1973, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1996 and 1997.
