1. Sentimentai (2022) This song sounds old and new at the same time.. i like it a lot! It's very pleasant to listen to it. Very underrated! Monika Liu is a lovely, charismatic and a great singer 😊. 2. Love (2009) Back when Lithuania finally sounded good again in my opinion, after 1999.. i'm sorry to all the lithuanians out there. This is such a chill, good song and he sings very good.. it feels classy as well. 3. Stay (2023) This is a great song with great vocals from both Monika Linkyte and the backing singers. The ciuto tuto part felt a bit repetitive at first, but i have gotten used to it. 4. Discoteque (2021) It's a catchy, good song with some funny choreography. 5. On Fire (2020) I don't think it would have won either. I think it would have finished just outside of top 5. It's pretty much cut from the same cloth as Discoteque. Still a good, catchy song with some funny choreography. It's just a bit worse than Discoteque. 6. Something (2013) A bit of a simple song and it's good and underrated.. i think it's a bit catchy as well. He's maybe not the best singer, but he seems like a nice guy. I have listened to his song in the 2024 national selection in Lithuania and that song sounds completely different than this song. 7. Run With The Lions (2019) 11th place in the semifinal.. so close. I think it's a good song and he's a good singer.. maybe it could have reached the final if the performance had better staging. 8. This Time (2015) A cute, uplifting and good song. Makes me happy when i listen to it. Good performance from both of the singers. 9. I've Been Waiting For This Night (2016) Sounds a bit better than Love Is Blind.. have a more modern feeling to it. Good song and nice vocals. 10. Love Is Blind (2012) It has more of a disco feeling to it. Still a good song and Donny Montell sings and performs well. I think both 1994 and 1999 deserved better.

A bit tough to rank Latvia. 1. Aijā (2023) It was super robbed! Very underrated song. 11th place in the semifinal.. so close but yet so far. 2. Love Injected (2015) I really hope she will return to Eurovision in the future. This song is very underrated and she have a great voice. 3. Hollow (2024) I was afraid that it was a non-qualifier, but it was such a relief that he reached the final because i like the song and his vocals. 4. Dziesma Par Laimi (2004) Latvia's only Eurovision song fully in Latvian so far.. I like it and it's underrated in my opinion. 5. Heartbeat (2016) A good song with good vocals.. sounded modern for the time. Underrated song as well. 6. Probka (2009) I know the majority hate this song, but i really like it. It's very original and something you don't expect to be in Eurovision. It's chaotic and all over the place, but i think it's suppose to be that way. A bit of a shame that the singer decided to sing the song in Russian just because the contest was held in Russia, instead of performing it in Latvian like he did in the national final, because i think the Latvian version is better. 7. Angel In Disguise (2011) It is simple, but i like the vibe.. a chill song with good vocals.. i don't mind the rapping part either, even though i'm not a big fan of rap. Deserved better than 17th place in the semifinal. 8. Funny Girl (2018) Another song that deserved better and should have reached the final in my opinion. 9. Still Breathing (2020) First time i heard it i was like WTF?! But the song grew on me after a while and now i like the song.. it's a bit campy as well 😊 10. My Star (2000) I like it, but i think it's a bit overrated.. maybe didn't deserve the 3rd place. Wolves of the Sea was a Melodifestivalen reject. The song was first in Swedish and had different lyrics and a Swedish group was set to perform it.. but it never happened. Latvia accepted the song and later the Swedish songwriters changed the lyrics into English and made it into a pirate-themed song. I remember the song was very popular here in Sweden during the time.. especially among the children.
