The two creepy guys in 1962 were actually some of the nicest guys in dutch entertainment. Guess nerves caused the creepy stare. Just mentioning it to prevent future nightmares 😂 The crazy pink dress in 1977. Well, she is supposed to look like a tulip. The fabric hanging from her arms are the leaves. And no, the guy in 1973 was not wearing a wig, that's his real hair 😂

1st 2024 ....Great fun what's not to like 2nd 2011 Really good song , moreso video version . 3rd 2009 perfect. Great fun always makes me laugh and smile . 4th 2022 5th 2020 6th 2019 quite boring 7th 2018 8th 2015 9th 2007 10th 2005 Well tbh none of these would be in my top 300 all time . But love alot of Dutch entries before 2000. And 1998 i love so much more than her other song . 1969, 1970 ,1971 , 1974 , 1977, 1978 , 1981 , 1986 ,1989 , 1990 , 1993 , 1998 are some of my favourite Dutch entries . Having watched the show In 1974 I would say all my junior school where singing the Dutch entry and I'd say we all preferred than Sweden Waterloo . Dutch song was well loved in UK. Thanks for video. Yeah we all love what we love . We should respect that . That's the fun of Eurovision 😂😂😂 oh gosh I'm alone in 2009 and 2011 sorry but I'm only being honest in what I love ..

1. Out On My Own (2001) My first hot take on my list. I actually really enjoy this one a lot! I think it's a beautiful song and the staging and the choreography suits the song well. It has a nice vibe and it makes me relaxed for some reason. Michelle sings very well. I think it deserved better, but i can understand why people don't like it and think it's boring. I'm totally fine with that 😊👍 2. Grow (2020) It's a beautiful song and it has a slow beginning and it gets better and better as the song progress.. reminds me a bit of Armenia in 2014 because of the build-up.. Jeangu Macrooy has a great voice! I wonder how the performance and the staging would have looked like if 2020 wasn't cancelled. 3. Calm After The Storm (2014) A very beautiful country-pop ballad.. really enjoy the vibe of the song. The singers vocals are great and matches well together. Great staging as well. 4. De Diepte (2022) A great song and a great performance by S10. She has a beautiful voice. Good staging as well. 5. Birth Of A New Age (2021) The song is very underrated and it didn't deserve to get zero points from the televotes. Very original in Eurovision in terms of the type of the song.. has like an african or a caribbean style to it. Great performance and choreography over all. 6. Birds (2013) I recognized Anouk from outside of Eurovision as she had a hit song in the 90's or early 2000's i believe. I think this is a great song and Anouk sings very well.. Nice staging and it fits the song. 7. Lights And Shadows (2017) A very good song with great vocal harmonies between the singers.. matches very well together. Good lyrics as well. 8. Arcade (2019) My second hot take.. Although it is a great song and a deserved winner in 2019.. it just has lost it's magic for me. It isn't as impactful now as i thought it was a couple of years ago.. I think it's overrated as well. I just prefer other songs from Netherlands nowadays than this one. 9. Outlaw In 'Em (2018) An up-tempo country-rock song.. i like it. A bit underrated as well. Good vocals by Waylon and an all over good performance by him and the backing performers. 10. Slow Down (2016) An other country pop ballad, but not as good as 2014. I do like the song and i enjoy the vibe. Good vocals and performance. The pre-2000 songs i like are 1969, 1971, 1973, 1974, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1986, 1988, 1990, 1992, 1993, 1996, 1998 and 1999. I wasn't really a fan of Joost's song neither.. but i can understand why people like it. I do hope he will come back to Eurovision some day, because i think he deserves a second chance as long as he can avoid getting himself into trouble.
