What a breath of fresh air in listening to White talk…..no coach in WNBA articulates in the same league as White. So looking forward to 2025 Season.

We broke the law and Jesus paid the price. God so loved the world that He gave His Son (Jesus Christ) that whoever believes in Him will not die but have everlasting life. John 3:16 Do you fear death? Jesus died 4 U. Eternity is too long to be wrong.

Letterman should have contacted Reese instead
@Harald-26 минут бұрын
Uncle Shaq contacted Reese on her podcast and told she needed to develop some moves. I doubt that Letterman would have any remote interest in Reese who gives poor postgame interviews.

Good grief - you list some of the most disgusting guests to bring up with Caitlin's name - just an unfortunate cost of doing business - hope the show releases soon - thanks for the info

Odd that the Paige's shoe came out before the Caitlin shoe. Seems like Nike doesn't want to promote Caitlin. Nike is delaying a huge windfall for no apparent reason.

White was grinning ear to ear when they got Indiana in the playoffs because she knew that as great as CC22 is already, that Sides had no clue of how to get most out of her and the fever team.
@Graybeard_2 сағат бұрын
This is big news. Letterman has been a lifelong basketball fan who hails from Indiana. I kept hoping he would show up at more of her games other than the one where Simone Biles was there too. I never saw any public comments from him about her either. But here we have it. Now we will get an interview. Can't wait!

so robin finally sees why we wanted christie sides fired yesterday. robin is circumspect but he eventually gets there, which is the important thing. also, because he is circumspect he avoids the more hyperbolic takes that we caitlin clark fans are so wont to do, like demanding kelsey mitchell be traded after 10 games

Now the key will be for Kelly Krauskopf to arrange the trades and recruit the free agents needed to match the vision. Lin Dunn built a roster that was optimized for the slow half court offense run through the post. Older players without the speed or stamina to run. Some of them are good players for the traditional offense but not well suited to a fast break transition offense. I like these players, but they're the wrong guy for the vision Stephanie White is putting out there.

White is so the right fit for Indiana and for especially CC. Looking forward to this collaboration between White and CC as a coach/player leadership duo. White is confident, experienced, and secure as a coach so the coach/player dynamic will be completely different in a good way!

After, Sides departure, was there ever any gracious words expressed from Sides to her Fever players or from any of them to Sides? ... ... I felt frustrated with Sides lack of depth/plays/time-out awareness and such, but I did feel they overall had good rapport between each other ... .... They all handled diplomatically the unprecedented noice surrounding them in-person and otherwise - and it might have even made the players a tighter unit rapport-wise.

Certainly, White is the right coach. Next to see is what will be the team for next year be. Who will go and who will stay. Fever now is more a desirable team to come to - you have a great coach, best point guard and passer in the league and an organization that is not mucking around to win championships.

My personal opinion, someone who bends the knee was very cringe. I root for her success, but I don’t personally like her. I think she’s likable, but that’s my opinion. Doesn’t mean I hate her.

White absolutely knows her "stuff." . . . I had some respect for Sides, but she had that "deer in headlights" look at times, like she just didn't know her "stuff."

"Make plays not run plays".......that's what I like to hear.......CC needs freedom to do her thing...not stand in the corner while the team tries to "get paint touches"....read and react offense...Iowa ran that very well.....

Even with the upgrade on offense, the addition of Mabry, White couldn't get the Sun to the finals. Add to that her dismal record at Vanderbilt, Chistie Sides will be laughing her a.. off when the Fever get bounced in the playoffs, assuming they make it that far. Talk about the most overhyped HC in basketball history!
@brgilbert24 сағат бұрын
[djamellallouti2035] While I am not high on White, my conclusion is you know "nothing about basketball"!! Let me help you!! After the Fever's slow start, about the middle of the season, they played the New York Liberty who had the "BEST" record in the league and beat them!! Three days later they travel to Washington DC and play the worst team in the league. By half--time the Fever were behind by more then 20 points. What happened?? In the post game interview before the Washington DC trip Christy Sides admitted to reading in "social media" how many of those posting had strongly suggested she be "removed as coach". So, Sides travels down to DC, changes the starting line-up that had just beat the "BEST" team in the league and gets blown out and all because Sides would show those negative people how good a coach she was by changing a winning line-up. Anyone who decides how she will coach a game by letting "social media" influence your decisions is NOT a good coach.

Clark got her rebounds because she was in no mans land. I will enjoy Clark learning better defense. If she’s willing to do it is the question.
