Here’s an analogy I thought of while watching. Since I do mainly gaming content, your success will always be a boss fight, no easy task. In order to have success (beat the boss), you must reset (lose and respawn). Cant find success, you do more research (look up walkthroughs and guides). Go back and keep trying until you find that success (defeat boss). 💯

Insane you gave this analogy, got a video topic planned out similar to this. Anybody seeing this check my boy out, his quality is top tier💯

When I clicked on the video I thought the bad experience was going to be from the creatine. Creatine is a no go for me. I get good results from it but it destroys my kidneys. Wish I could stay on it. Great video bro

@@Jeffj2325 thanks bro and the feedback is massive! I’ve definitely been careful with how consistent I use it and my water intake. I’ll likely make a part 2 in the future and touch on it some more
@ryanmcgonigle11182 ай бұрын
how did you come to the conclusion that it harmed your kidneys? and were you staying extremely hydrated while taking creatine? and what dose if you don’t mind me asking. thanks
@FrankZen2 ай бұрын
FYI A lot of those high creatinine numbers are false bad kidney readings. If you tell your doctor you've been taking creatine, he'll make a better assessment. If you have bad kidneys to start with, that's a different story...
@beethovensbigtoe2 ай бұрын
no one would make such claim about creatine because it’s not valid to claim such thing. show proof of a direct correlation between kidney dysfunction and creatine supplementation that led you to believe this. if you are considerably healthy by a way of diet, sleep and exercise creatine will do nothing but benefit you. your talking about one of the most researched and understood supplements available with many, many benefits.
