I'm a first year pharmacy student and I clicked this video because the thumbnail had a few pictures that were in the lecture pdf for terminology so I read the lecture while playing the video and it made it all so much easier even when I was struggling with terminology

Researchers have identified certain foods you can eat to protect and even help heal your pancreas. These include starchy vegetables, lean meats, and low-fiber vegetables and fruits. Changing how often you eat can also be beneficial. Your pancreas helps you regulate the way that your body processes sugar. What is a superfood for the pancreas? Spinach and other leafy green veggies contain high levels of vitamin B and iron. Consuming these will protect your pancreas and decrease the chance of pancreatic cancer. What can I eat to clean my pancreas? A diet beneficial for pancreatitis may be rich in fruits, vegetables, beans and lentils, whole grains, lean meats, fish, and healthy fats such as medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs).
