It was so random that they used the music from Last Christmas in the episode. Even stranger was the music from World Enough and Time, that had me thinking John Simm was about to appear.

I think this really helps put the focus on 15, much better than a grand bombastic tune highlighting the fun of the cameos, which just seems like style over substance. Great job!

Wow ain’t it amazing how a simple change in music can change the entire tone. Seeing as the newest season loves their fan service so much I can’t see why they couldn’t bring back this theme for a scene like this

You could sort of argue that Richard E Grant is also representing Fatal Death and not just Shalka, since he played one of the Doctors there. They should have committed to all of the weird ones though, haha.

Not a real isolated score alas.... just the original audio with the dialogue muted which causes the muffled sections and faint sounding instrumentation.

@@rnw2739 Isolated Score traditionally is the score by itself, which would be the existing score audio. In this case, the score is actually *isolated* from the raw audio. Both fall under the term. Whether it be the score by itself or the score actually isolated from the raw materials.

I love this new theme. Does anybody else hear somebody talking in the beginning? It's as the TARDIS swings by and when Ncuti's name appears. At first it made me think it's Susan Twist's voice because she's in everything, naturally lol. Did anybody else also notice the opening theme for The Devil's Chord sounded like a remixed version of Eleven's opening theme song.
