Raditz would definitely join the Z-fighters and get stronger as a result, mainly because this Vegeta doesn’t care much for upper or lower class status anymore. I do see Freiza discovering our heros through scouter coms as he’d still be curious about Vegeta’s whereabouts. Probably spying on Nappa and Raditz thinking they’re hiding Vegeta. Overall great what if!!

Raditz has been going through it without Vegeta. He's definitely stronger, but I doubt he's anywhere near the Z Fighters. I'm surprised he didn't try and find Kakarot sooner with Vegeta randomly disappearing.

Even if Raditz is stronger than canon, I sincerely doubt hes even as strong as Goku or Vegeta's base level. Still, it might be impressive enough for Vegeta to spare Raditz at least. I also imagine that Cell will be wayyy stronger down the line as Gero will know of Super Saiyan and prepare to counter that level of power. He might also have the DNA of Trunks added into himself as well as Gero may see Vegeta and his spawn as conquerors of this world

I would rather see him survive and become a rival and duo with tarble in this what if, with raditz marrying tights and tarble marrying launch and I would also love to see all of the full blooded saiyans mix there super saiyan form with their ozaru form to achieve super saiyan 4 and utilize it with their god forms and ue or Ui to become stronger or if not, similar in strength to Broly using their own respectable forms mixed with their saiyan forms to not get one upped by their hybrid children and broly. Yeah we know Goku would win in the tournament because in the real story there was a big difference in power levels and Goku gave him a real run for his money in the real series. So there's only 5,000 power level between them yeah I think Goku's got that in the bag. And if anybody knows dragon Ball to dragon Ball z there's been many a times where Bulma has made comments that she messed up and missed her chances of being with Goku. So yeah I think the only reason why put Vegeta with Bulma was is because of the promise Goku made to Chichi is cause his keeps his promise. I still think it would of been better if Goku and Bulma would of been better and more realistic. I personally think that yamcha and Chichi are the most irrelevant characters in dragon Ball z and especially in dragon Ball super.
