I’ve gone through a couple epoxy resins and it doesn’t like staying on my clay figures and I don’t know what resin to buy anymore can someone help me! 😢
@beagiaffreda147013 сағат бұрын
It keeps separating from the surface I’m not sure what’s the problem I even tried sanding down my prices but it doesn’t work the resin just looks like water separating from a smooth surface

So I have a question for you! When I do really thin coats at least with the first one I see a lot of inconsistency and even some pulling from edges. do i soldier on and just trust the process and keep adding thin thin layers?

Hi they are super good… I have a doubt, can we use epoxy resin to glaze the clay or it’s best to use UV resin?

Setting your UV lamp upright why do I feel dumb how obvious a solution that is lol. I have been doing half and then the other half so that I can set them on the tray.

Resin dissolves in isopropyl alcohol so is it okay to use it to rub off the tackiness? I'm just worried that i might wipe off the resin.

ive never had an issue! it just takes the tackiness off!

Wonderful idea, being able to make a blind bag of any shape opens up so many possibilities. Like imagine little dinosaurs in an egg-shaped bag. I don't know if dinosaurs are your thing, but I'm sure they would be cute in your style. 🦕😍

Why would you not be monetized if you produce kids content? I don’t get it. Seems like everyone who produces content should be monetized.
@sugarshrimp6 ай бұрын
because on KZbin, you don’t get paid for just creating the content. You get money for the viewer watching an ad placed alongside your content. I think it’s completely fair if you’re aiming content at children, for them not to be subjected to targeted advertising. There’s other ways to make money, sponsors, merchandise etc.

This video is so helpful thank you 😊 what about sponsorships? Have u try to get sponsorships on your old channel?
@sugarshrimp6 ай бұрын
I’ve done a few (5/6 out of around 1000 videos) which would be a viable way forward for me if I continued on for sure. They’ve paid well, it’s just been a personal preference up until now not to really do them

Do you get paid when people with KZbin premium watch your videos because we don't watch ads?
@sugarshrimp6 ай бұрын
I just had a wee look and less than 1% of my income comes from premium. I don’t know how many views that equates too so would definitely be interesting to find out!! Love a good analytic 😍😍

I loved seeing this, it was a great video! I’ve always been very interested in this kind of stuff especially because I used to post videos (on this acc lol) and I was hoping to get monetized… as of now I haven’t posted in months and I kind of ran out of a desire to do so because of how much work I was putting in for hardly anything in return. You’re a big inspiration to me tho and I truly do love making videos so maybe I’ll get back into it, regardless of all of the numbers!

it's crazy how much you can put in and how little can come out sometimes... ive had bursts where theyve paid me well, not paid me hardly anything, its all just swings and roundabouts, i LOVE creating though i dont think i could ever give it up!!
