Close to a masterpiece. Some fan-service lines spoken by some characters took me out of the immersive environment and reminded me "yeah, I am watching an Alien movie." If Fede had removed those, this would have been an A+.

Haven't seen Romulus, but this list made me excited because I agree with the rest of it completely. Exact order and comments as I would give. God I love Aliens. One of my favorite movies of all time.

I really want to see the next film in the time line in what happens after Alien covenant, maybe set it like 6 years later being they 2112 with the new joint owners about to meet up with David 8 on Origae-6. The owners being Japanese, with their Android body guards, also with company workers in the Space ship too, maybe Name the Space ship, The Ark, being because they brought animals with them to this new world they are going to colonize, not all but enough different types of animals. Think the title could be called, Alien: Ark of the covenant, so this new Space ship the Ark can link up with the covenant Spaceship and be ONE Massive ship, together it be called The Ark of the covenant Spaceship, could be so slick if DONE Correct. Then when they meet with David 8 he tells only the owners of his Alien breeding and testing ways, and all others not knowing what the owners and David 8 are doing behind closed doors, while some where David 8 has found a massive cave where the Xeno's are creating a hive awaiting their Queen that David 8 and the New owners of Yutani know about, while the rest of the colony haven't got a clue and are all crating their homes on the new planet. Also the Bio engineers arrive on plant 4 and they see what David 8 has done and they also find Walter asking him where David 8 and the covenant ship are heading and they take Walter with them knowing Walter did NOT Kill their created humans on that planet 4. So in the third act of the film, the Bio engineers arrive looking to find and kill David 8 for killing their humans they created on that planet in the last film and they saw what David 8 done with their hollow gram technology on the city's pillars, and they have like the last 4 Bio engineers one being female and also they are with normal engineers with OUT the built on Bio suit, they are solider's protecting the last Bio engineers. And they all clash for all different reason's, the Engineers for Revenge, the Androids for duty and orders, the Xeno's for survival and the humans to simply survive and live. Could be so epic, with the right balance and class in writing , maybe Fede and Ridly Scott who knows a

Insane in a bad way. I'll break it down and I apologize now for making people realize how bad of an alien film it is. So the nostromo was a mineral ore mining facility. When it was vaporized there wouldn't be anything left but dust. The big chap alien from the first film cannot produce face huggers. The cgi character is a dead actor and other than being wrong it looks like shit. The black goo doesn't come from facehuggers The woman injecting herself with a substance she knows nothing about makes no sense. The alien engineer hybrid is Ridley forcing his black goo (he hates the Queen Alien and has been trying to rercon her) on to fede so he would fund and produce the film. The aesthetics are great. Xenos are great. The film on the other hand is actually just the force awakens for Alien casuals.

The 3 act ruined the movie it's mix of alien resurrection and 2013 evil dead final.

Loved it. But.... would like to have seen more good action shots of Facehuggers , Zenmorphs etc. It seemed a bit dark & couldn't see them properly.

Its ok. Neither crap nor great. A 5/10. Best thing about it ? David J. Worst ? Two bits in particular. One which as a hater of Resurrection, took the film from 8/10 to 5. Worth seeing and fun but once the initial excitement has worn off it will soon fall out of favour and all eyes will turn towards the TV series.

Just watch it, and I don't think it is that good, at least regarding the aliens. I just dislike the way the alien is again portrayed; AVP sounds, they're again small instead of towering, and they are, again, a bit stupid. It is also a conglomerate of stuff between where even the goo is present. The last monster coming from it was not bad, and they made it as towering as the original alien, so why can't they do that again with the aliens since the fiurst movie?, just why?, they are NOT intimidating anymore.
