If you want to store it, I’d suggest you do not cook it with the milk. For how long, that would depend on your refrigerator temperature but I wouldn’t go over a week.

You did a marvelous job at dressing the fish, and your method is good. However, my method is the reverse 😂. First, why not use a cling wrap or aluminum foil to cover the cutting board so that when you are finished, your cleaning up will be so easy by just lifting the cling wrap with the discarded portion of the fish. and dispose. My method: I scale my fish before I gut it, then make an insision on the side close to where the gill, pelvic fin, and the vent are located. I rinsed it then slices it if needed. NB. I cut the fish from its side because I need to see on the inside. What if I'm fortunate to find a gold ring. 😂😂😂
