Not really but it helps a little! You can do the same for sound proofing but with thicker glass!! This is just for residential windows

The beads soak up the condensation!! And idk if you can buy them anywhere maybe just commercially!!

I am trying to cut safety glass and I can't any consisnt lines. I spent 3 hours last Sunday just ruining glass. I haven't gotten enough sucess to know what Im doing right or wrong. Im trying to cut pieces 4" x 43". Ive been cleaning the glass before every cut. I have a professional class cutter. Do I need a carpeted table? If I can get the scribbed line to pop without deviating im good. The fire and the razor work great. I just can't break a straight line.😢

Carpeted table helps but not completely necessary the smaller the piece to cut usually a bit a harder to cut but 4” strip shouldn’t e to bad without seeing exactly what you’re doing it’s hard to help. Not sure what u you’ve tried either

After you score it apply pressure upward underneath the score with your fingers and do it all the way across the bottom until you can see it run across your whole score

There is a silicone foam and metal sealant for this, it comes in a tube it just takes a few days longer to dry then the 10-15 minutes for this stuff

That’s exactly what it’s called a spline roller they sell them at your local hardware store or Home Depot or Lowe’s

@uptownphotography now days we use more what we call pets resistant screen almost like a trampoline mesh it’s good and last a long time but other than that no.
