Hi from sunny Lincolnshire, Great video, thanks for uploading. I would like to check something please, When you show the bi-finning kick (30 seconds to 60 seconds) is the distance that you move the foot the actual amount of movement if you were in the water with fins on.

Hi there, everything Is different underwater, I aim to kick no wider than my shoulders, but most important to finish the front and back kick with full extension of the leg (no knee bend) 😊
