Thanks for posting, I think videos like this are over looked, yet having a off day with stuff in the basement really effects breath hold times and even your dive if you get in the water, at present I am trying kundalini which seams to work quite well. Have you any helpful tips on calming the mind. :)

Hi Jay, thanks for your comment, great that you are getting into breathwork, the breathwork really helps strengthen the connection between the mind and body. Quietening the mind starts with having a point of focus, our minds love to chitter chat rubbish! Watching the breath is great then bring the focus back to the breath when the mind wanders.
