glad to see some tri five content somewhere. I have a 56 Bel Air that belong to my grandpa until he passed just a few years ago. its an all original car with about 30k miles on it. I have had a hard time getting it running correctly. its a 265 with the 2 barrel carb, just like yours. and it has the same acceleration issue, just like yours. I have rebuilt the carb 2-3x with no luck. I just recently got a NoS accelerator pump that is leather like the original, so hopefully that's the final fix for it. cant wait to see you work on yours!
