Sir, you have mentioned that the 4th scenario is advisable. My query is if a merchant exporter (from another city) is exporting a heavy product and he wants to transfer the product directly from the manufacturers factory (located in another city) to the port, can I do it under the 4th scenario ie payment of regular GST but the goods will be transferred from the manufacturers location to the port?
