Be careful of the positioning of your ladder to the roof. Improper lean is the fastest way to and up in the hospital - or worse. The proper safe ratio is 1' ft out for every 4' f of vertical rise. Too much angle can cause it to slide out from under you. Tying off the top or bracing the base will substantially reduce risk.

For the encode plus, you get 2 "boxes" correct? And they both go on the outside right? One has the numbers and the other has the handle. So, what goes on the inside when you want to lock up the door and how do you open up the door from the inside? When you enter the code, does the door pop open or do you have to use the handle? And do you have to use the WiFi or can you just use the keypad with a code?

Hi! Might sound like a no-brainer, but are the TRACKS on which aluminum windows slide ALSO aluminum? My windows are leaking rainwater,, and a window specialist told me to drill a few extra holes on the other side of the track as extra weep holes through which rain can escape. Bottom line is, I wanna use the right drill bit for this metal Thanks in advance!
