Such a great video you have here. This technique is called "Inverse thinking" and it works extremely well, because our brains easily keep up with negative novels and we can just inverse those to pursue the real goals.

To anyone thinking about starting a carnivore diet, go for it. If it helps you with these common effects more power to you. Do not think carbs are somehow bad for you though. Brain fog is a phenomenon some people experience after eating a shit ton of carbs. This is likely because carbs are the undisputed king for maximal energy production and when you eat a lot at once (especially those with a particularly high glycemic index) you can use that energy rather quickly and excess food of any macro drives a parasympathetic responses causing your energy level to fall. If you are a performance athlete or require any sort of intense or staining brain functioning (like an exam or just your job in general), a balanced amount of carbs is the best option for peak performance. I myself do not eat in the morning because I just like the feeling of being hungry, unless I have a big exam or I work that day. I work 12 hour shifts so I keep my energy levels relatively stable by spreading out meals of relative portion sizes with similar macros. Long story short many diet options exist, just don’t eat a shit ton at once and you’ll be fine.

@@LesThomasbru oh my goodness, I’m 60 starting from the top of my head the color is coming back in my hair, and in my eyelashes a Growth on my eyelid fell off, with in 6 weeks, sleep apnea gone. What I call ugly tongue gone I no longer have sores in my mouth. I don’t grind my teeth. I lost my chin that went straight down into my chest. My mind is clear. A1C dropped from 13.9 to 5.9 which is how I found carnivore in the first place. I know longer suffer from Rosacea. I am more heat resistant, which is a good thing I’m from far west Texas. There are a lot of things that I’m still waiting on to be healed I know the will I didn’t get this way over night. And I have found things heal at different times for different people. The sleep apnea and allergies didn’t go away until the 9th month. I wasn’t that much over weight. I’ve only lost 20 lbs but off of my stomach and chin. 😃 There are more and more things, that we’re supposed to be because of age. But they are reversing. I was fat on the inside, with dense fat. Blood pressure is normal . I’m off 7 different precision medication. My digestive problems are under control. I hope this will help someone, thanks for asking.
