Bafang makes a torque arm for the BBSHD.. and try a bafang BBSHD narrow/wide chain ring that is smaller.. that will help with chain line problems.. the smaller narrow/wide will make the motor spin faster (which keeps the motor cool).. and you will have better range with lower gear (big cog) on you cassette, while using a higher power level on the display.. Seems counterintuitive, but that will increase your range.. a motor that is lugged down will suck of your range..

Blackburn makes some excellent bicycle racks. I've got two of their basic design that mounts near dropouts and the two brackets that mount in top. I had problems with screws coming loose after months of riding, so i added a few lock washers and a small amount of non- permanent Thread Locker liquid. I'm painting my scratched up rack with Rust-Oleum gloss paint soon, but I'm going to sand off loose paint and abrade surface as much as I can first. Great video 👍, thanks.

Just curious, do the battery your bicycle uses, have to be replaced after a few years? Or is it rechargeable until?

Yeah that happened to me once. I had the bike about 2ft up on a ledge to take pics when the kickstand slipped and it went down hard. The light got a gnarly scar but still works fine. They're well built. Aluminum and probably thick PC lenses.

That drag of direct drive helps on rear wheel drive if its on a mtn bike..sort the same effect as gearing down on a motorcycle..I also have my front brake on right side on my emtn bike..I rode motorcycles my whole life so I'm programed to grab the right lever ..I use rear to steer more than to stop..

My concern is how visible are the lites to a vehicle behind you. Are they blocked by your body? The other question is after you turn them on do you have to manually turn them off or can they flash so many times and turn themselves off after so many flashes? The latter would be preferable so you don't have to take your focus off traffic and the road and they will turn off after so many flashes. say 15-20 flashes. Can it be updated to have other flashing lites added, in unison, onto the back for better view of vehicles behind you? I like this. It has potential... but it needs work. My opinion. I have a Philodo H8

Trying to understand all the different versions now. There’s the nExt option and now the pop. They dont do a real good job of saying the differences and why you would want one over the other

Hello, I hope anyone can help me. My inner tube has punctured tyre. I used that before, I can use again in that inner tube. How many times I can use that liquid in the same inner tube? Thanks for your help.

Check the instructions on the bottle. Personally I would only do that for temporary use until a new tube arrives.

I've been trying to do something similar for about a year. I've been recording lots of data from all my rides, and riding similar routes using different pedal assist levels. What i'm finding is that ride-to-ride even on the same route and same assist level, my own cadence can make a huge difference, as much as 30% between casual vs. pushing hard. Hills can also have a huge impact. So far I've recorded 50 rides over 1400 miles across ten different assist levels. While its far from ideal, I've found that simply averaging the Wh/mile for the various assist levels is useful for planning capacity needed for longer rides.

I have bad lower back problems... if you want a bike that's comfortable... get a bike that's on the large end of what's recommended for you height... and use drop bars... and tilt you seat forward a bit and use you lowest hand position on the drop bars... itll take some weight off your lower back and out it on your shoulders... thats the only way I can ride... anything that has me sitting upright... makes my lower back hurt after an hour or so straight of riding... or very quickly if I'm on rough ground

Another reason not2 build an e bike but to build an actual competent functional e bike that actually is durable lightweight isnt flexible spaghetti has gears has suspension& isnt pot metal is cars. Those beloved cars u have arent cars they are paperweights in a few days. There will not be any gasoline Lucifer is not gonna let u touch yr money unless u put his chip in your body. People wgobget chip will ne downloaded 2h*ll. Reptilian want a body 2live in. It is not an innocent RFID. Once u get th "RFID" Yahweh is out of thpicture. That means Satan owns u. Th ebike has 2b a top of thline competent bicycle 1st bcuz 1. u gonna have break downs. 2. U gonna need a quality actual bicycle that works optimally of its own accord 1st &an ebike second. 3. U need an e bike that actually handles has proper ergonomics or your body is going 2b in agony. 4. Ebike must have gears. Or u take an absolutely drammatic hit on fuel consumption. Satans kids make all there heavy flexible dangerous e bikes so they dont have gears so u take a 38% hit on fuel consumption. They will have a 60" gear maximum bcuz that way once u reach 12mph your feet are pedaling too fast. Which means u must stop pedaling. Ebikes are ridden/pedaled, must MUST be pedaled at 15 to 35mph and NOT on th shoulders of technology. No technology beats th human brain. Which is analog. Satan is in th electronics. He is an a$$hole. Use your analog brain as pedal assust by simoky setting your ANALOG cruise control. Satans kids do NOT selk analog C.C. Why not? Bcuz it works. You must buy thumb throttl and REMOVE THE SPRING. Then u have simple CC fhat is intuitive analog conditions will constantly change. Your brain can re set CC on thfly. In this way u arrive at an average of 17mph point A to Point B. U must be 16.5mph on th flats. U must sprint/exploit downhills & u positively must CRAWL like a snail uphills bcuz ebikes are heavy as h*ll. Steep hills = 5mph pedaling on a granny gear. Satans kids dont sell e bikes with granny gears& specifically properly spaced granny gears. All that fancy stuff u read about pedal assist this pedal assist that ALL manufactures expose OTHER manufactures bcuz in th end they are all building defective proprietary bikes so u only buy their defective parts. Pedal assist must use human brain ONLY. Satans kids install a robot who does your wrk for u. Throbot is corrupt. U must not use their evil electronics just like u must not eat their so called vaccines & medications or processed synthetic food. Just as u must not let cmputers in your cars. They can shut down yr car download an error at will 4cash flow. Instead u must use a simple ANALOG cruise control. Satan is digital. Manufactures do not sell cruise control bcuz it works. Instead they sell robotic digital cruise control 2make SURE it doesnt wrk bcuz ebikes are free energy. They are not allowed. . Satan HATES ebikes so they are all built 2b garbage. Whats Satan doing next? kzbin.info/www/bejne/oImsZX1qiZxlmrcsi=G23I6gHAeXNuh5d_ kzbin.info/www/bejne/oImsZX1qiZxlmrcsi=G23I6gHAeXNuh5d_

This squared tube in the middle can be doubled to increase safety of the whole thing. Thinking about making the wheel axis extendable also, to be able to adjust the width of the trailer for loads that require more room.

How can the eye lets not be compatible with the front hub motor axle? Its criminal for the company to not make their axle to fit standard eye lits. Filing down your eyelits will weaken the eyelit area. This is dangerous!

I just converted a single speed beach cruiser to a mid-engine electric bike. A major challenge since removing the one piece "Ashtabula" crank and installing the Bafang BBS02 electric motor requires adapter bushings to fit snugly inside the bike's hollow 51.3mm bore. Otherwise it is impossible to keep chainline straight and chain from jumping off the chainwheel with the higher torque of motor. Once installed correctly, it is an amazing bike with just a single speed but lots of power assist when needed

I liked 👍 this video and these builds(Very ingenious.). I am also into cycling and bike trailers. Just to let you know, there is a company called “Wike” in Canada 🇨🇦 that sells fabricated trailers and DIY trailer parts as a resource you could tap into. My latest trailer build is over 12 ft. long with a tandem axle in the back and one wheel in the front to steer it with(Like what you’d see on a “Carla” cargo trailer.), it has been fun to build but, a lot of work.
