Hi! We have a cottage on this lake! Fun to see this amazing body of water here. From my understanding, at some point the walleye were illegally introduced into the lake with no record of it. Supposedly in the 80s or 90s, so when the MNR did their study, they found a few and put it on the website. In 5 years, and many many hours of trying across 3 or 4 of us, no walleye have been caught out of little silver lake. Amazing bass fishing and the panfish are some of the best tasting around. You showed the lake respect, and the residents of the lake will be proud to have this video up and showing off the lake. Thank you, and tight lines!

I don't know what you edit with, but I hope you don't mind me pointing out that the audio is all over the place in this one, and I can't watch the whole thing. Look into audio normalization, there are tools that will even out your audio automatically. Have a good one!

The sound of your rod/reel is therapeutic. Maybe I'll hear it when I'm on Govan last weekend of September and into October!

It's been ages since I went to Constance Lake. Happy to see the lake is still doing good. I know it struggled pretty bad with blue algea in the early 2000's. Tight lines man!

Thanks Eric, really enjoyed this video!. The right place, at the right time, with the right presentation is pretty cool when it all comes together. Always nice to put a few hawgs into the boat. Re. the thunderstorms ... hope you had a good book with you lol. You also made a comment about not having to bring milk ... I take powdered milk with me on most of my back country trips ... as long as you're not drinking it straight-up, but just using it as a coffee whitener, or for cooking, it's a great substitute. And you can use as much as you want to get a creamier texture to any of your cooking. Cheers.
