Hello! I want to get started with car animations and just single frame renders. Can you please tell me where do you get these highly detailed car models?
@S1LENCE3815 сағат бұрын
Dayummm bro. Sick animation. Also the sound is top notch. How did you create those sounds?
@MaxPospelkov6 сағат бұрын
Everything looks absolutely fantastic! 🎥👌 I just have a small note about the camera movement. The reasoning behind the shaky camera in the close-ups is clear and works well. However, I’m curious why the distant shot at the 5th second shakes so intensely, while the other distant shots have smooth movements? What's the purpose of this difference?

You don't need shaky cam from any of the outside views, the drones don't shake, and also the track cams, are pretty stable, lol ... Great work!

its amazing, incredibly realistic

Где брызги от луж? Видеоролик можно было бы сократить до 30 секунд, но добавить vfx, и сделать более реалистичным. В остальном исполнение красивое

I recommend using lens sim. Then maybe around some turns add just a tiny bit of mud that gets on the camera or something. This is phenomenal

Wow, what an incredible animation, Daniel! You've come so far since you're first car videos here on KZbin. I love all the details you added like the small bumps and rattles as it speeds around the track. This is truly astounding quality all around!

does that racetrack come with the addon?
@DanielVesterbaek3 күн бұрын
Hey, thanks for asking! The Race Track used here is built by Sven Giera - it's not included in the add-on, but the new LC Video Course is all about animating the Hennessey Venom around this track. With the Video Course you get the Hennessey Venom model (among other car models) and a basic version of the track (not fully detailed with trees, grass and shaders like in the short here)

@DanielVesterbaek3 күн бұрын
Thank you so much!! Heheheh, you are the first to say that - But! It's actually 3D, but projection mapping, not detailed geometry. I was testing some workflows with rendering some lower quality trees and environment and then AI upscaling and reprojecting to geometry in Blender in the end.

This was all rendered in cycles - Except 1 shot which was done in eevee because it was faster 😁

Bro you nailed it. Amazing quality. What about the render time per frame? Did you start your prod by a mood board? Would you recommend blender for VFX?
@DanielVesterbaek3 күн бұрын
Thank you so much man! Firstly, I can recommend Blender for sure!! It's a super solid tool and it's only growing. I'm very focussed on Automotive and Blender is still lacking some essential features for that, but it's getting closer and closer! The render time was around 4 mins per frame on a single rtx 4090. Yeah, both to start out and throughout I was gathering references and using those to improve the visuals.

Amazing! I'm useless with launch control (Can't even figure out how to animate a J-turn 😀 ) so I'll definitely be checking out the course. Edit: I just saw the price of the course. Yikes. Too much for me.
@DanielVesterbaek2 күн бұрын
Thanks!! Aarh, it's just a matter of time. I would recommend to look out for some more LC tutorials we will be sharing on KZbin for free in the future. The course is also great for learning professional workflows and get a in depth understanding for how vehicles work and how best to animate them, but with the price point it is indeed targeted freelancers/studios.
