Jeff.... I don't like you or your company. You consistently put my person in harm's way and into positions that I don't want to be part of. My career path shouldn't include forklifts. but sending me home on vto wasn't about my nervousness... it was about NUMBERS... labor hours and rates and stuff... well, I'm training and if you can't train me because your numbers are too high... that's not my problem and I shouldn't be forced to work 7/7 in order to ensure that I do my best to pay the credit card bills AND feed my kids. Plus... even with my "raise" I'm still making tons LESS than my co-workers. I hate you.
