Let's say each acer is worth $2,000, which is too much for the area, (I looked it up), the house is a total gut job inside and out. Let's not talk about all the garbage in and around the property.....the roof that needs to be removed and a new one installed. Lets not talk about all the unforseen issues that might arise. In my opinion, the house and building, (one that is not even registered), would not be worth $122,000€ on its own as it needs too much work. If one was to use 75,000 to 100,000€ to fix it up it could turn out to be a beautiful house. But would the house and property be worth 220,000 to 240,000€ in a few years? Also, how many olive trees are on the property? What other types of trees does it have? Is all the land usable or only partially? Does it have wells, or running water. What is the water source? Would you need a new septic tank, new elecrical?? How far from the nearest neighbor, or village? The list goes on. Why am I asking so many questions? Because I am seriously looking.

Yeh think your right, maybe 80,000 . Judging by how it's furnished, they haven't done any maintenance in 20 plus yrs. Appears they may have been burning tires for heat?? Or what were room full of tires for? Maybe I am missing something??

@@darenbyers4291 Great question. He was showing it to us and saying that that room was the living room and all I could think wast it was two dumpsters full of rubbish. Lol.

Rightly so, also there has to be something in it for the buyer who can't use the house for 1-2 years due to it being a workplace and taking all the risk since future value is very unpredictable.

they are way overpricing these houses as if renovating them is romantic in some way, its NOT livable at all so cant live in a fixx... and that much land is too much to properly care for at same time.

Because being a builder the house is worthless and would cost more to fix than building a new house, if I like the area and location it’s worth more to me to build a new house on the existing property that’s why

Interesting now if one was to buy this property can I demolish the house and rebuild a new house

Yes, and the property you could build would be considerably bigger

Why would you do that? Buy land on it's own, with no building on it and with zoning allowing a new building to be built. It would cost you 80% less.
