Huh! Weres the big building over six year that dam building hasn’t been constructed

unfortunately plans fell through and nothing has been built there and won't be built there for a long time. They knocked down the mall for no reason at all.

@MrRetidy Жыл бұрын
Absolutely! Corner Sushi, the best sushi in white plains. such a great cozy place with nice employees and a chill atmosphere. I miss it very much. the toys r us closed 2013 and moved to the city center. It ended up closing for good when toys r us filed for bankruptcy

Did you end up enjoying RDR2? Saw your comments on the fourm from 2016.
@MrRetidy Жыл бұрын
wow I haven't been on the forums in such a long time, maybe I should stop by again. I loved Red Dead 2, definitely one of the best games that came out in the xbox one generation. I'm still not happy with rockstar and how they butchered GTA V but RDR2 was something special, a gaming experience I haven't had in a very long time.

If the Auto Industry asked you to park outside your neighbor's window every day and Honkkkk would you? Would you do it in the middle of the night? Please! then lock your vehicles quietly with flash no Honkkk. A Honk is a Honk is Honk. HOW: Press lock and unlock on fob for 2-4 seconds. Hazards should flash to show Honk is off. Contact your dealer's service as needed as some vehicles might be different> Thank you.

Don’t know if you still reply but I have a few questions Why did it close Is their any footage of the mall while still in operation or of the toys r us and when was it demolished
@MrRetidy2 жыл бұрын
sure I'll always answer any question The mall closed because the owners sold the property in 2015 to a company that wanted to construct a luxury apartment complex in its place. in the last few years the Westchester Pavilion had become known as "an eyesore" due to the fact that it never received an upgrade and looked the exact same as it did when it opened in 1995 and also to the fact that several stores had left the mall and were just kept abandoned like the borders bookstore and sports authority. unfortunately I have been hunting down any footage that I can find and all there is besides My video are two from DieselDucy about the elevators, it contains the only footage of the mall when it was open but most of it is on the elevators. you can find the videos by searching westchester pavilion dieselducy on youtube. the toys r us in this mall was a very beautiful 90s toys r us, lots of Geoffrey decals and an amazingly large video game section. the mall officially closed its doors in 2016 and was fully demolished in 2017. today the site is still just a hole in the ground with no start date on the proposed luxury apartment complex.

@@MrRetidy That’s just sad to think that I once have been their and now it’s just a land of dirt, I feel like if they didn’t sell it and did update the look and stores didn’t move that WP might of still be open today but sadly it didn’t happen and now soon the white plains mall is gonna follow WP as a defunct mall which only leaves the galleria, city center, and the westchester mall which CC and WM seems to be doing the best and I think the galleria is struggling since it doesn’t have any main anchor stores and I’ve heard they might knock the place down so in a couple of years galleria might close, it’s just sad to see at one point their were 5 malls at white plains and now soon it only gonna be 3 or maybe even 2
@MrRetidy2 жыл бұрын
@@Alliejaa I really do wish they never got rid of the Westchester Pavilion. It was my favorite mall in white plains and I honestly loved the way it looked inside. the White Plains mall will most likely be closed sometime next year and if what they are saying about the galleria is true then it might be gone within the next 5 years. Its a shame that white plains was once the shopping center of westchester and now its just a boring city with a bunch of luxury apartment buildings.

MrRetidy Me too. I loved that place. I like how I entered on the 1st floor and rode the elevator up to the 3rd floor and went to McDonald’s and sat by a window... ON THE STREET LEVEL!? Then it felt like a 1st floor, due to being on another side of a hillside mall building. I felt like it was magic how you walk in the building on the bottom floor and then ride the elevator to the top and then you look out the window to see the new ground floor you’re on. I wish I could go back in & take a walk around listening to a ‘Now!’ CD. What was your favorite thing about this mall?
@MrRetidy4 жыл бұрын
